Taking our customers from unknown to insight

To surface insights of this nature, we create a digital model of the pipeline system and use appropriate techniques to identify the best routes and pump combinations to use for any set of operational conditions. This ensures that our insights are not only accurate but also adaptable to the ever-changing operational conditions. Our Hybrid AI approach exemplifies our commitment to innovation by blending technology with domain expertise. Our Analytics Team uses physics-based models, fluid dynamics simulations, and advanced machine learning algorithms to deliver predictive insights tailored to each customer's unique challenges.

Insight delivery

The initial delivery of insights and predictions is done by the Analytics Team in a consultancy report. Through our consultancy reports, Klarian delivers actionable insights and recommendations that drive improvements in the customer’s area of interest. In one case, we were able to provide advice to a customer regarding pump usage optimisation and replacement, enabling them to save 10 to 20% on their energy costs. Our Product Team will work with the various Klarian teams and customer stakeholders to turn this innovative analysis into a product for the wider market. This will often form part of our DigipipeVision platform. The above pump usage optimisation work informed the core of the pump and pipeline efficiency modules.

The platform team works with stakeholders to develop modules, services, or other tools to enable our customers to get the insights that they need to achieve their goals.
