Rob has spent a career in strategy, start up, growth and transformation businesses. A theme of utilising digital/technology runs through all these since he founded the UK's first mobile ticketing business (listed on the NYSE as Eventbrite). He has a passion for 'making things happen', building teams and delivering success.

Nabeel Albinhassan has more than 27 years’ of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both logistics management, and shipping divisions, with broad-based exposure of the application of innovative technologies to facilitate commercial improvement.

Dave joined Klarian as COO following 25 years as a Royal Marines Commando Officer.  He commanded an operational Commando unit in 3 Commando Brigade and led specialist teams delivering complex operational outputs and transformational organisational change in austere locations globally.

Alex is an experienced technology leader and innovator with over 20 years of engineering, academic, and leadership experience.  His deep knowledge and interests in AI/ML, data privacy, synthetic data, distributed data and natural language processing/search engines, sensors, and wired and wireless networks enable Alex to take Klarian’s novel ideas from inception into production.

Paul is an entrepreneurial tech industry executive who has created and executed strategies for market entry and growth for multiple start-ups, as well as successfully completing turnarounds for two publicly traded companies. Thriving on the challenge of building profitable growth, Paul leads the Commercial functions within Klarian.

Rupert is an entrepreneurial/commercial IT project director with 15 years+ experience building global companies from the ground up. He has worked on projects spanning a diverse range of industries, most recently in mining supply chains. Here, he oversees the programme, supports business strategy development, engages with key clients, and acts as the right-hand man to the COO.

Ben Cleary is the Head of Technology for Klarian. His work focuses on building, designing and deploying solutions using the best technology available. He brings over 10 years of experience in various technologies and roles. He draws on this experience to help solve problems and challenges in new and exciting ways.

Greg is an embedded software engineer with over 20 years experience building devices for both research and commercial purposes, across a wide range of industries. He brings a focus on security and the life span of systems.

Bryony is a Software Engineer at Klarian. She is a full-stack developer, with a focus on back-end development using the latest frameworks and technologies.

Gabriel has a reputation as a fast-learning full stack developer with multi-language capabilities and a portfolio ranging from massive scale asset database development, through hierarchical IIoT library design to leading edge front end visualisation. He seeks to drive innovation and value in the work that he and his team provide for our customers and systems.

Greg is an embedded software engineer with over 20 years experience building devices for both research and commercial purposes, across a wide range of industries. He brings a focus on security and the life span of systems.

Liam is a physical scientist holding a PhD in experimental nano-photonics with a keen interest in virtually every branch of technology. At Klarian, his role is a mixture of circuit design, embedded software, acoustics, data analysis, 3D printing, and generally assisting with complex technical queries.

Anna is a research scientist with five years of industry experience as a data scientist, having worked in both consulting and research roles. She has a background working with the water industry, where she has successfully applied data-driven solutions to optimize processes and improve outcomes. As Lead Data Scientist at Klarian, Anna focuses on enhancing the company’s AI capabilities, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning driving innovation. 

Mike is the Klarian Product Manager. He has approaching 40 years' experience in the IoT world, leading teams to define, design, implement and apply technology solutions for advanced industrial applications. He is a Chartered Engineer and member of the IET and ACM.

Onur is a Senior Software Engineer at Klarian. He specialises in building and maintaining full-stack software solutions. His expertise, spanning over 10 years, combines a technical background in software engineering with functional experiences in digital transformation. Onur leverages his broad experience to find efficient and innovative solutions to the problems within the roadmap.

Robin's role at Klarian is Junior Data Analyst. With his two degrees in anthropology and ethnology, and fieldwork experience in over 10 countries, he brings out-of-the-box thinking, with a strong focus on insight and understanding. He brings to Klarian the range that connects machine learning with user experience.

Clare is a seasoned expert with 20 years of experience in computational fluid dynamics, numerical modelling, and data analysis. Formerly a Professor at Exeter University's Department of Physics, she pioneered hydrodynamical simulations of galaxies. Clare holds a PhD in Computational Astrophysics from the University of St Andrews, showcasing her profound expertise and dedication to scientific advancement.

Feyaaz is a software developer at Klarian. His previous background has been unique and diverse allowing him to thrive towards his career goals. His passion for developing/ programming allows him to drive innovation for fresh aspects and bring in value using the latest software tools.

Mark Strawson joined Klarian in October 2019 as Project Manager. His main focus is to deliver projects on time and within budget. Key to this is his previous experience in managing projects of all sizes in industries such as Cable TV and Telecommunications.

As Klarian’s Commercial Lead, Sarah engages partners across market sectors and ecosystems. She has 27 years of commercial experience in engineering, finance, Higher Education and as a small business owner. She has also been appointed as one of the new directors at SWIG (Sensors in Water Interest Group). Her consideration and curiosity bring a deep understanding of people, while her key skills in partnership development and engagement provide innovation and sustainable growth.

Adam has experience operating in commercial teams for both FMCG and SaaS businesses. He has focused on leveraging technology to support commercial operations whilst maintaining a commitment to building strong relationships. He prioritises listening and understanding to uncover and help solve client needs.
